About Me

Julie Lunsford is a dynamic leader with a diverse background spanning corporate HR, remote work, and entrepreneurial ventures. She launched her career with a Fortune 500 company, where she was quickly entrusted with building an in-house call center and leading high-level hiring efforts. Known for her passion for connecting people with fulfilling career paths, Julie eventually left the corporate world to embrace life as a stay-at-home mom, traveling cross-country with her family in an RV for four transformative years.

Upon returning to the workforce, Julie took on roles in online education and virtual assistance, working with clients across industries. She later became an Operations Leader, a move that redefined her professional focus when she was introduced to the Working Genius framework. Inspired by this new understanding of her own strengths in Wonder and Discernment, Julie launched InJoy Workforce Solutions dedicating herself to helping teams link joy to their overall producitivty
